Skin Whitening slogans and impact on social system in Pakistan

I was watching a skin whitening advertisement on television of Pakistan and it said “ Ab gora ho ga Pakistan”(now the whole nation of Pakistan will have white skin) . To me in our social system, this slogans/advertisements have created a lot of problems and social barriers. 

Like in another advertisement where family of a boy is going to propose a girl for their son and the son says “ Bhabhi Larki goori/white honi chahhiay” (Aunti, I want to marry the girl having fair skin) . To me this statement to do skin whitening and its promotion is against the teaching of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). We are creating an imbalance in our society where dark skin will be looked inferior and many of girls would be unmarried because of longterm impact of these issues.

I will give here the reference of the "Last address of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW)" and will not explain it further and leave for you. Decision is yours.

“All mankind is from Adam and Eve.  An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab; a white (white or fair skin) has no superiority over a black (dark skin), nor does a black (dark skin) have any superiority over a white (white skin or fair skin); [none have superiority over another] except by piety and good action.  Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood".

Taalib, Taalib (طالب طالب )

I am highlighting this issue in Urdu so that WEST may not laugh at us.

 

طالب طالب

یہ وہ آ وا ز ہے جو روزانہ صبح  کو ہما ری گلی میں سے آتی ہے تقریباً آٹھ سے ١٢ سال کی عمر کہ دو بچے اپنے سر پر ایک ایک برتن اٹھا ے گھر گھر جا کر آواز دیتے ہیں  طالب -طالب- اور دروازہ کھٹکھٹاتے ہیں-ہوتا کیا ہے. سخت سردی میں یہ بچے یہ کام کرتے ہیں اور روزانہ چا ھے گرمی ہو.  اتنی سخت سردی میں ان کہ پاس کوئی صحیح سویٹر بھی نہین ہوتا اور کبھی کبھی تو یہ بھی دیکھا ہے کہ ان کہ پاس جوتے بھی نہیں ہوتے، اور اگر کبھی ہو تو وہ بھی ٹوٹی ہوئی یا بہت بڑی اور مختلف پیر. یہ گھر کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹاتے ہیں اور لوگ اس برتن میں سالن ڈال دیتے ہیں، اور دوسرے برتن میں روٹی . ہر کسی گھر میں مختلف کھانا  پکا ہوتا ہے اور صبح  کو تو سب کو پتا ہے کہ تازہ کھانا نہیں پکا ہوتا یہ پھچلی شام کا ہوتا ہے. یہ مختلف قسم کہ کھانے ایک ہی برتن میں جمع  ہوتے ہیں اور یہ بچے پھر اپنی مسجد میں جاتے ہیں جہاں یہ پڑھتے ہیں اور رہتے ہیں. یہ مکس پرانا کھا نا پھر یہ بچے  کھاتے ہیں. مجھے افسوس ہوتا ہے کہ مولوی کا کھانا ایک گھر سے بلکل تازہ آتا ہے.  میری ماں ہمیشہ ان بچوں کو صبح  ناشتہ کرواتی ہیں اور اگر جوتی یا سویٹر نہ ہو تو وہ بھی دے دیتی ہیں، پر جو بچہ  ہمارے گھر آتا ہے کھانا لینے وہ ناشتہ کرتا ہے، کیوں کہ ہماری یہ تربیت ہے کہ

 تم میں سے اس وقت کوئی مسلمان نہیں ہو سکتا جب تک وہ اپنے بھائی کے  لیے بھی وہ پسند نہ کرے جو وہ اپنے لیے کرتا ہے

میری عمر اب ٣٣ سال ہو چکی ہے میں یہ دیکھ کر روتا ہوں پر ان ٣٣ سالوں میں مولوی نہیں بدلا

یہی مولوی ١٢ ربیع ال اول کو مسجد سجاتے ہیں اور روڈ پر مختلف نمونے بنا ے جاتے ہیں کعبہ اور مسجد  نبوی کہ اور  روڈ بند کر دی جاتی ہے مگر ان کو یہ توفیق نہیں ہوتی کہ ان بچوں کو کپڑے دے دیں. جتنے پیسے یہ ان چیزوں پر لگاتے ہیں اتنے  پیسوں میں اگر کسی لڑکی کی شادی کروا دیں١٢ ربیع ال اول کو تو یا کسی کو کوئی روزگار کروا دیں ؟

      

میرا سوال ان لوگوں یا مولویوں سے ہے جو خود تو صاف کھانا کھاتے ہیں اور یہ بچے مکس اور پرانا کھانا، سوکھی روٹی.

یہ کونسا اسلام کی پیروی کر رہے ہیں. ہم ان کو نہیں مانتے اور پتا نہیں ان کی کسی بات کی پروی بھی کرنی چاہئیے یا  نہیں.

Why do people of Karachi have to pay "Bhatta" قدرت کا کہا مٹ نہیں سکتا مگر ہم کو عقل آنی نہیں ہے؟ حرام کا مال حرام میں ہی نکلتا ہے

قدرت کا کہا مٹ نہیں سکتا مگر ہم کو عقل آنی نہیں  ہے؟

حرام کا مال حرام میں ہی نکلتا ہے

مجھے پر کچھ دنوں  پہلے  یہ راز کھلا  کہ کراچی کہ لوگ بھتہ  کیوں دیتے ہیں  میں نے اے ر وائی  پر چلنے والے ایک پروگرام "سرعام" کا جائزہ لیا اور سب کچھ سمجھ میں آ گیا . جس شہر میں لوگ گٹر کی چکنائی سے سوپ بنائیں جہاں مردار جانور کا گوشت لوگوں کو کھلایا جاۓ ، جہاں مردار جانوروں کہ غلاظت سے تیل بنا کر بیچا جاۓ  جہاں بچوں کہ پاوڈر  اورلوشن میں خطرناک کیمیکل ڈالے جائیں، جہاں دودھ میں ہر گندی چیز کی ملاوٹ  کی جا رہی ہو، جہاں شادی ہال کی پلیٹوں  میں بچا ہوا کھانا ٹھیلوں پر بک رہا ہو، اور ساتھ ہی بیچنے والے کی داڑھی بھی ہو:اور وہ مسجد سے نماز پڑھ کر نکل بھی رہا ہوں  اور جو فیکٹری کا مالک گٹروالی  چکنائی بھی خرید رہا ہو اور داڑھی بھی ہو اور پھر جھوٹ بھی بول رہا ہو تو مجھے خود پر شرمندگی ہوتی ہے، کہ ہم اسلام کہ نام کو بھی نہں بخشتے  اور تو اور اسی حرام کی کما ئی  سے ہم میلاد بھی کرواتے ہیں، خیرات بھی کرتے ہیں اور یہ سوچتے ہیں کہ یہ  سب قبول ہو رہا ہو گا "اس کا تو مجھے نہں پتا" مگر میں کبھی بھی یہ نہں سوچوں گا کہ لوگوں کو حرام کھلایا جاے افسسوس تو یہ ہے کہ ہم پھر یہ کہتے ہیں کہ گور منٹ تبدیلی لے کرآ ے.  جب ہم  حضرت محمّد مصطفیٰ (ص )  کو دھوکا دےرہے ہیں تو ہم کواگر اس بات کی شرمندگی نہیں تو پھر ہم پھر ..... میرے پاس لفظ نہیں  

 ایسی قوم کی قسمت میں ذلّت ہی ہے اور یہ ملک "عبدا لسستار ایدھی" ایسے لوگوں کی وجہ سے ہی قائم ہے

صوبہ خیبر پختون خوہ میں گورمنٹ نے یہ کیا ہےکہ چکن کا گوشت نہں بلکے چکن زندہ ہونا چا ہے دوکان پر  تا کہ کوئی بھی حرام گوشت نہ بیچ پا ے

   اگر برآ ئی  سامنے آ جاے اور حکومت یا حکمران قانون پر عمل نہ کروا سکیں تو سمجھ لینا چاہئیے کہ اس حمام   میں سب؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ اور یہ بھی یاد رکھنا چاہئیے کہ پکڑ سب کی ہونی ہے جس نے برائی  کی ا ور وہ جو بولا بھی نہیں

قدرت کا کہا مٹ نہیں سکتا مگر ہم کو عقل آنی نہیں  ہے؟

  نوٹ.... یہ کسی ایک شہر کو یا کسی دینی بندے کو طنز نہیں کیا گیا یہ وہ برا ئی  ہے جو اب ہر جگہ موجود ہے

Terrorism and its solution in Pakistan and World?

Each and every human life is valuable, save the humanity.

Past few decade, Pakistan is under severe situation of terrorism and yet, no body knows who is involved. Someone takes the responsibility and who is/are behind them, no body knows. Nation does't need to know this, politician might know and let them play for their seat not for nation. I dont want to discuss the decision taken by the rulers, their impact, benefits or loss of being allies in war etc.

 In this era of technology, where world have established space station in outer space, exploring mars and thinking to establish human race on mars, technology is so advanced that we can forecast weather, clouds movement, chances of precipitation, this technology is so advanced that we are developing body organs with stem cells, where robots have replaced human and are more efficient, where artificial intelligence has solved many of our problems of strategic analysis, in this era where flood water can be monitored through satellite and can be told flow/min or hr etc. 

The technology is so advanced that we can locate position of person who has cell phone, as it is connected with satellite now, digital cameras have become so advanced that they record time and date of picture automatically with the picture, where cell phone talks can be recorded and monitored, where google glasses have been introduced to take picture with blink of an eye, where Apple has introduced GPS wrist watch,

Why are we unable to tackle terrorism?

Terrorism in Pakistan, gun shots killing in Karachi city of Pakistan or any other part of the world are all dependent on supply of bullets, guns in simple words weapons etc. 

Have anyone tried to spot and check the weapon factories? Where do the negative people get weapons? If, the production of weapons and accessories stopped/banned atleast for 2 years, [except for army, police or rangers] and kept strong check on import/purchase/movement of weapons. Many of the problems can be tackled very easily. I think, in this era of technology, is it impossible to track weapons supply chain, if it is not impossible then why this is least focused area? I think no body is serious in that? The weapons dont come from sky. Purchasing a bullet can be hidden but purchase of thousands of bullets and no body knows, amazing?
Each and every human life is valuable, save the humanity.

Back Pressure of Dengue in Pakistan, are we ignoring Congo virus too?

Let see factual aspect?

We are not still working on "How did dengue spread in Pakistan?"

Might possible, we may be able to plan for future.

Dengue outbreak started from Karachi where vector was controlled successfully as natural slope topography, water doesnt stay, or make ponds. Except, if sewerage channels are not blocked.

Karachi being the city of immigrants for earning livelihood, people returned home on EIDs and it facilitated to develop inoculum at smaller level. Due to Karachi unrest and other issues, industry moved to Lahore and other cities and so the laborers too, which helped to develop the inoculum in Lahore also.

But still there is a mystery? How does the Aedes  boost in short time in Lahore? Its not gradual? You may disagree? But I think reasons is negligence and not focusing in unaffected areas?
